Berit Mann

Berit Mann

Founder

I'm Berit, founder of Moms Help Moms, a nonprofit I launched in 2021 to support women and families. I'm also a mom of two, with a background in domestic violence advocacy, family law, and more than 15 years of experience working with children and families. In addition to my nonprofit work, I work in a sustainability-focused industry and hold a Master of Arts in Family Social Sciences from Concordia University – St. Paul.

My vision for Moms Help Moms is rooted in the belief that people genuinely want to help one another and do the right thing. When we create safe spaces, opportunities, and meaningful connections, people choose to support each other. Every day, I've had the privilege of watching moms, dads, and children reach out with kindness, compassion, and connection.

I don't hope that people as a whole will become more caring or loving. I already believe we are!
